- 90% of our associates believe in our core values
- Satisfaction with our total rewards increased 5% year-over-year

Our investments in the community serve as a source of pride for Swagelok associates. Through our community efforts and workforce development partnerships, we’re focused on supporting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education and advancing manufacturing as a career and helping to build the region’s talent pipeline. Our efforts include charitable donations, programmatic support, sponsored volunteer opportunities, and the Swagelok Foundation’s Matching Gifts program where associates can give back to organizations of their choice.
