除了来自工艺的回流压力外,取样气瓶的下游可能还安装了一些元件,如单向阀或背压调压阀,为气瓶增加额外的背压。从本质上讲,它是回流压力本身的附加值。
因此,效果就是气瓶顶部的回流压力会更高。具有讽刺意味或者说与直觉相反的是,这实际上增加了蒸发空间的大小。它能确保最初进入气瓶的气体更多地留在气瓶内,不会外泄。
里面的气体越多,就越能在把液体截留在气瓶里后保持蒸发空间。
