通常情况下，当您往取样气瓶里充填样品时，您需要垂直方向充填液体，然后将供应压力连接到底部，这样气瓶就会从下往上充填。
现在，人们没有意识到的是，您通常还要面对回流压力。因此，通常情况下，至少在初始阶段，也是从上往下充填。因此，液体会从底部和顶部充入，这就压缩了里面的蒸发空间。
了解这一点非常重要，因为这真正可以帮助我们确定取样操作结束时的蒸发空间大小。
