Full-Day (8 Hours), Hands-On Training. 

Course Overview:

This course combines Tube Fitting Installation and Tube Bending Essentials. Participants will learn foundational tube fitting practices that promote system integrity and minimize leakage risk, along with the fundamentals of hand tube bending to reduce mechanical connections and potential leak points in fluid systems.

Course Description:

1. Tube Fitting Installation: Learn foundational tube fitting knowledge that ensures system integrity and minimizes leakage risks. The course covers proper tube selection, cutting, and deburring; assembly of Swagelok® tube fittings; and gauging a tube fitting assembly.

2. Tube Bending: Learn the fundamentals of hand tube bending using a hand tube bender to perform 45°, 90°, and 180° bends on multiple planes. Participants will also calculate offsets and measure and bend tubing to fit enclosures with internal and external tubing runs.

Each attendee receives a Certificate of Completion for passing the course. The certificate is valid for three years.
