Swagelok Tube Bending and Installation Essentials
This course combines Tube Fitting Installation and Tube Bending Essentials. Participants will learn foundational tube fitting practices that promote system integrity and minimize leakage risk, along with the fundamentals of hand tube bending to reduce mechanical connections and potential leak points in fluid systems.
Swagelok Hose Essentials
Understanding hose fundamentals helps extend hose service life, promote safety, and lower total cost of ownership. This course introduces common hose terminology, explains variables that impact hose selection, and demonstrates how to select hose assemblies for different applications. The course also covers hose inspection practices and preventive maintenance best practices.
Swagelok FK Fitting Essentials (Coming Soon)
This course provides an overview of Swagelok® FK series medium-pressure tube fittings and teaches participants how to properly prepare and install them. The course covers essential criteria, variables, and considerations for the safe and effective use of FK tube fittings in medium-pressure gas and liquid systems up to 20,000 psi.
Swagelok Tube Fitting Installation Inspection Essentials
Proper inspection is instrumental in mitigating and minimizing the risk of leakage. This course teaches participants how to identify correct tube system placement, properly install Swagelok® tube fittings, and troubleshoot common fluid system installation errors.
Swagelok Tube Bending Essentials
This course teaches the fundamentals of hand tube bending to minimize mechanical connections, reducing potential leak points in fluid systems. Participants will use the Swagelok@ Hand Tube Bender to complete 45°, 90°, and 180° bends on various planes.
Swagelok Tube Fitting Installation Essentials
Gain foundational tube fitting knowledge that promotes system integrity and minimizes leakage risks. Participants will learn proper tube selection, cutting, and deburring techniques, correct assembly of Swagelok® tube fittings, and how to gauge a completed tube fitting assembly.
