Hannah Delis Named Vice President of Global Human Resources

Solon, Ohio (July 27, 2021) —Swagelok Company, a leading developer of fluid system products, assemblies, and services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Hannah Delis to vice president, global human resources. Delis brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources, program management and community engagement.

Delis’ responsibilities include strategy development and execution of global human resources programs and initiatives in talent acquisition; learning and development; talent management; employee engagement; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and benefits and compensation. Swagelok employs more than 5,500 associates around the world at sites in the United States, Isle of Man, China, Japan, Korea, and Singapore.

Delis joined Swagelok in 2012 as a member of Swagelok’s human resources business partner team. She has worked across all HR disciplines at Swagelok, including workforce development, organizational and talent management, and most recently as director of global HR business partnerships. Delis began her career as a licensed independent social worker, serving as a children and family therapist and case manager for several community organizations. She holds a degree in criminology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in social administration from Case Western Reserve University.
