Compressed Gas Leakage Examiner Level I
Compressed Gas Leakage Examiner Training Level I is an exciting one-day course. Attendees will work in teams of two or three people. Each team will be supplied with testing equipment to be used during the different course assignments.
The majority of training hours will be conducted on-site in an operational plant. The host plant will permit the attendees to practice their knowledge and experience in a real life setting. Compressed Gas Leakage Examiner Level I Training is for all individuals looking to gain more knowledge on gas leak detection.
During Level I, each team will be learning in-depth techniques and procedures for leak testing of compressed gas in an industrial plant operation. The course offers the ability for individuals to locate and quantify gas leakage points in the plant while the plant is in a normal operating mode.
Areas covered in the course include:
- Leak detection methods
- High-frequency ultrasound
- Leakage cost
As with each of the courses, the unique Steam Group Concept is used during the class. The attendees work in teams of two or three. The team concept has been proven to enhance the experience by permitting a more conducive learning environment.
During the program, our instructors will teach and illustrate true steam system principals, independent of specific products or manufacturers. The teams will use and reference CAD prints of an actual steam system operation while completing tasks to practice and demonstrate their acquired knowledge. This ensures maximized comprehension of the training course.
