High-Flow, Manual Gas Regulators
The Swagelok® HF series high-flow, manual gas regulator features a load spring which interacts with a unique pressure-sensing assembly to precisely control outlet pressure. Outlet pressure is adjusted by turning the handle.

• Includes welded diaphragm and a unique stem assembly
• Results in low droop, which eliminates the need for adjustment in many systems.
• Self-centering PCTFE poppet minimizes creep, allows leak-tight shutoff.
• 316L VIM-VAR stainless steel body material
• Internal wetted surfaces electropolished to 5 µin. (0.13 µm) and processed in accordance with Swagelok Ultrahigh-Purity Process Specification (SC-01) or Swagelok Special Cleaning and Packaging (SC-11).
• Choice of end connection/mounting styles
• 1/4 in. VCR® ends

Interchangeble load springs for the HF series manual gas regulator can be ordered factory installed or ordered separately. Spring kits include a load spring, spring plate, label, and instructions.
