Swagelok® gauge valves offer a roddable, straight-through orifice, gauge ports, and a variety of material options for system versatility.
Every gauge valve is factory tested with nitrogen at 1000 psig (69 bar). Seats have a maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 std cm3/min. Stem and body seals are tested to a requirement of no detectable leakage using a liquid leak detector.
All Swagelok gauge valves are cleaned and packaged in accordance with Swagelok Standard Cleaning and Packaging (SC-10).
Gauge valves are available for sour gas service. Materials are selected in accordance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156.
