Testing
Every JN series needle valve is factory tested with nitrogen at 100 psig (6.8 bar).
Seats have a maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 std cm 3 /min. Shell
testing is performed with nitrogen at 100 psig (6.8 bar) on a sampling basis to
a requirement of no detectable leakage with a liquid leak detector
.
Cleaning and Packaging
Every JB series needle valve is cleaned and packaged in accordance with Swagelok
Standard Cleaning and Packaging (SC-10).
Options
Vee shutoff stem is standard; regulating stem is available.
Green phenolic handle is standard; black, blue, red, and yellow are available.
Panel mounting is available.
