Swagelok® offers compact needle valves in a full range of sizes, configurations, and materials for a variety of applications.
Swagelok® needle valves with union-bonnet construction are available in a variety of materials, with working pressures up to 10 000 psig (689 bar) and temperatures up to 1200°F (648°C).
Swagelok® screwed-bonnet needle valves offer shutoff or regulating stem tips in straight- or angle-pattern valves with externally adjustable packing.
GU series needle valves are for use in general purpose applications to isolate or vent system media. The hardened stainless steel, nonrotating needle promotes leak-tight shutoff and long service life. The valve stem threads are isolated from the media.
Swagelok® F10 series needle valves feature a nonrotating, hardened needle with safety back-seating for positive shutoff in working pressures up to 10 000 psig (690 bar).
Cold-worked 316 stainless steel body and high-pressure end connections enable working pressures up to 45 000 psig (3102 bar).
Swagelok® gauge valves offer a roddable, straight-through orifice, gauge ports, and a variety of material options for system versatility.
