Testing
Every B series bellows valve is factory tested with helium for 5
s to a maximum leak rate of 4 × 10–9 std cm3/s at
the seat, envelope, and all seals.
Cleaning and Packaging
- Swagelok B series bellows valves with VCR end connections and
all BK series valves are processed in accordance with Swagelok Special
Cleaning and Packaging (SC-11) to ensure compliance with product
cleanliness requirements stated in ASTM G93 Level C. Swagelok
- Swagelok B series bellows valves with other end connections
are processed in accordance with Swagelok Standard Cleaning and
Packaging (SC-10); special cleaning and packaging are available as an
option.
Valve Options and Accessories
- Vacuum stem tip/adapters help eliminate gas pockets or trapped
volumes.
- Polyimide stem tips provide soft-seat shutoff for temperatures
up to 400°F (204°C) or where PCTFE is not compatible with the system
fluid.
- Copper stem tips provide metal soft-seat shutoff for
temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) or where PCTFE is not compatible with
the system fluid.
- Colored toggle handles

Testing
Every H and HK series bellows valve is helium leak tested to a
maximum leak rate of 4 × 10–9 std cm3/s at the
seat, envelope, and all seals.
Cleaning and Packaging
- Swagelok H series bellows valves with VCR end connections are
processed in accordance with Swagelok Special Cleaning and Packaging
(SC-11), to ensure compliance with product cleanliness requirements
