Back-pressure spring-loaded regulators are designed to maintain back-pressure control in analytical or process systems upstream of the regulator, high-flow applications, portable or laboratory analytical systems, gas or liquid applications, and high-sensitivity conditions. They are available in various styles to adapt to any setting or requirement. Their features make possible minimal leakage potential, low internal volume, lightweight or compact designs, panel-mounting, and more.
The KCB Series provides high sensitivity back-pressure control of sampling conditioning systems. It is ideally suited for use in portable or laboratory analytical systems as well as being embedded in the instrument bays of OEM equipment or sampling cabinets.

The BS2 and BSH2 back-pressure regulators are suitable for most gases and liquids. The BS2 and BSH2 regulators feature a choice of sensing types (diaphragm or piston), and seat and seal materials to accommodate a variety of pressure, temperature, and flow conditions. The BS2 and BSH2 regulators are available with 1/4 in. NPT end connections. The BS2 and BSH2 regulators are available with several options including a variety of gauge connection configurations, anti-tamper handle, special cleaning to ASTM G93 Level C, and NACE MR0175/ISO 15156-compliant models.
The KBP series is a high-sensitivity, general-purpose regulator designed to control back-pressure levels in analytical or process systems upstream of the regulator.
The convoluted diaphragm provides excellent sensitivity and set-point repeatability. The metal-to-metal diaphragm seal minimizes the potential for leakage.

The KHB series provides control of back pressures up to 10000 psig (689 bar) with high sensitivity across the control range.
The KFB series regulator is designed to maintain back-pressure control in high-flow applications with a CV of 1.0.
The KPB series provides back-pressure control in gas or liquid applications. This compact and lightweight regulator provides and ideal pressure-control solution within high-density compact OEM equipment, as well as other applications.
