Swagelok® Gaugeable Tube Fittings and Adapter Fittings

The live-loaded, two-ferrule tube fitting is easy to install, with no torque transmitted to tubing during installation. The Swagelok gap inspection gauge ensures sufficient pull-up upon initial installation.

Biopharm Fittings, TS Series

Swagelok TS series biopharm fittings feature controlled gasket compression to prevent gasket extrusion and fluid holdup.

Cleaning

Ferrules are cleaned to ensure components are free of burrs, chips, loose particles, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Electropolished ferrules are passivated.

VCO® O-Ring Face Seal Fittings

Swagelok® VCO O-ring face seal fittings are designed for rapid assembly in pipe, tube, and welded systems. The “B” Type VCO fitting, for applications in biotechnology and pharmaceutics, uses an L-ring seal that eliminates concavity at the bore.

VCR® Metal Gasket Face Seal Fittings

VCR face seal fittings offer the high purity of a metal-to-metal seal, providing leak-tight service from vacuum to positive pressure. The seal on a VCR assembly is made when the gasket is compressed by two beads during the engagement of a male nut or body hex and a female nut.
