Swagelok Company Signs Agreement To Purchase Hy-Level Industries

SOLON, Ohio (April 30, 2007) -- Swagelok Company today announced that it has signed an agreement to purchase the assets of Hy-Level Industries, a Strongsville, Ohio-based privately held manufacturer of automotive, electronic, and fluid power components. Hy-Level Industries employs about 250 skilled associates. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

“Due to our sustained growth over the past several years, Hy-Level’s associates and manufacturing capacity will be an excellent complement to our organization,” says Arthur F.
