Swagelok, Jetalon Announce Technology Agreement
Swagelok Company today announced an exclusive agreement with Jetalon Solutions, Inc. to commercialize Jetalon's CR-288® concentration monitor technology. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Solon, Ohio, U.S.A., Swagelok is commercializing the technology for the semiconductor industry to increase process control and reduce chemical consumption and wafer scrap. The product incorporates Jetalon's groundbreaking optical concentration measurement technology and key innovations from the patented Swagelok® DRP valve product line. Swagelok assessed and validated the product for scale-up, applying the company's control systems for reliable manufacturing processes.
The CR-288 concentration monitor will be exclusively manufactured and distributed by Swagelok beginning July 2006. The new product will be distributed through a global network of more than 200 authorized Swagelok sales and service centers in 54 countries.
