Swagelok Company Names New Treasurer and Director of Tax

Diane Mekker joins Swagelok Company as treasurer and director of tax. In this role, Mekker will direct treasury and tax functions including cash management, financial forecasting, investing, currency exchange, and domestic and international tax planning and compliance. She reports to Frank Roddy, chief financial officer.

Before joining Swagelok, Mekker served as assistant director, tax at Corning Inc., Corning, NY, with responsibilities for U.S. and Canadian tax activities, as well as U.S. mergers and acquisitions. A native of northeast Ohio, she is a graduate of John Carroll University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in accounting.
