New Swagelok Drainable Angle Fittings Enhance Draining, Cleaning of Biopharm Process Systems
New Swagelok® 88 degree and 92 degree drainable angle fittings provide smooth flow and help you configure biopharm process systems that are easy to drain and clean. Elbow fittings are manufactured with 88 degree and 92 degree bends; an 88 degree tee is also available. Consistent tolerances, ovality, angularity, squareness, and polish finishes are ensured through statistical process control.
Available in sizes from 1/2 through 4 in., elbow and tee configurations are delivered with independent third-party inspection documentation to reduce time and costs related to on-site conformance inspection and validation process delays. Additional features include: - Heat traceable 316L materials marked with heat numbers, BPE specification, and internal surface finish
- Choice of Kwik-Clamp, TS series sanitary fitting clamp, automatic tube weld, and mixed end connections
- Vacuum annealed, tubular fittings to minimize the likelihood of stress corrosion cracking.
