Swagelok Company Names Director of Materials
Rick Mihelich has joined Swagelok Company as its director of materials. In this role, Mihelich will provide the strategic, technical, and developmental direction for the materials planning group company-wide.
Mihelich is currently working on the control system implementation at Swagelok Ltd. He most recently served as an independent consultant for Swagelok on business process improvements within purchasing, materials planning, and information systems functions. As an independent consultant, Mihelich worked with many companies, including Johnson & Johnson where he served as director of materials and purchasing manager.
Mihelich is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is currently working towards a master's degree in business administration from the University of Dayton.
He resides with his wife Joni and daughter Chelsea in Solon, Ohio.
