The Swagelok® alternative fuel service (AFS) ball valve is the latest Swagelok product to receive ECE R110 approval for use in natural gas vehicles, including buses, trucks, and cars. The valve, which features working pressures up to 413 bar (6000 psig) at 121 degrees C (250 degrees F) and flow coefficients from 4.0 to 13.8, holds Class 0 approval as a higher cycle manual valve for service pressures up to 250 bar (3625 psig) at temperatures up to 120 degrees C (248 degrees F).
