The appointment of Michael F. Neff to vice president, operations was announced by Arthur F. Anton, president and chief executive officer of Swagelok Company, a major designer and manufacturer of fluid system component technology for global industry.
As vice president, operations, Michael Neff is responsible for general industrial manufacturing activities for the organization's valve and fitting services groups, as well as for two strategic business units: Swagelok Semiconductor Services Company and Swagelok Biopharm Services Company.
Prior to joining Swagelok, Neff gained experience in a number of operating positions where he established continuous improvement programs, new product introduction processes, and engineering standards programs. Most recently, Neff served as vice president, global operations for the Graco Corporation, a subsidiary of Newell Rubbermaid. He also spent 16 years at Timken Company in Canton.
