- Optional silicone fiberglass and acryl-saturated fiberglass cover, 316 overbraid, and identification tags are available
Testing
Every Swagelok FJ series hose assembly is inboard helium leak tested to a maximum leak rate of 1 × 10–5 std cm3/s. Test certification available upon request.
Optional Testing
Helium Leak Testing
Inboard helium leak tested to a maximum leak rate of 1 × 10–9 std cm3/s. Test certification available upon request
Hydrostatic Testing
Hydrostatic pressure test to 1.5 times the rated working pressure of the hose at 70°F (0°C) with no visible leakage. Test certification available upon request.
Nitrogen Pressure Testing
Nitrogen gas bubble leak test at 100 psig (6.8 bar) or customer-specifed test pressure, not to exceed 1.5 times the rated working pressure of the hose at 70°F (0°C) with no visible leakage Test certification provided.
