Swagelok® all-metal, 316L stainless steel convoluted core hoses feature working pressures up to 3100 psig (213 bar) and working temperatures up to 850°F (454°C). Metal hose products are available with a variety of end connections welded in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX.

Testing
Every Swagelok all-metal hose assembly is inboard helium leak tested to a maximum leak rate of
1 × 10–5 std cm3/s.
Cleaning and Packaging
Swagelok all-metal hose components are cleaned in accordance with Swagelok Standard Cleaning and Packaging (SC-10). Each hose is bagged individually and boxed; longer hoses are coiled, bagged, and boxed.
Options
Options include fire jacket and thermosleeve hose covers; lanyard tags; and additional helium leak, nitrogen pressure, and hydrostatic testing.
