Swagelok offers a wide range of flexible hose products for static and dynamic applications, including:

Swagelok® Metal Hose
Swagelok all-metal, 316L stainless steel convoluted core hoses feature working pressures up to 3100 psig (213 bar) and working temperatures up to 850°F (454°C). They are available with a variety of end connections welded in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX. Swagelok all-metal hoses include:
- FM series—316L SS braid reinforcement
- FJ series—304 SS braid reinforcement
- FL series—321 SS braid reinforcement

Swagelok PTFE Hose, Smooth Bore
Swagelok PTFE-lined hoses are available with a wide variety of reinforcements and covers for application versatility. PTFE material is FDA compliant; additionally, static-dissipative and ECE R110 alternative fuels-type approval hoses are available. Swagelok smooth-bore PTFE hoses include:
- T series—304 SS braid reinforcement
- Coreflex B series—304 SS braid reinforcement
- Coreflex X series—fiber braid and 304 SS braid reinforcement
- Coreflex S series—fiber braid and 304 SS braid reinforcement, silicone cover
- Coreflex W series—carbon black-filled, fiber braid, insulating wrap, 304 SS braid reinforcement, silicone cover
- Coreflex F series—fiberglass braid

Swagelok PTFE Hose, Convoluted-Core
Swagelok convoluted-core PTFE hoses feature PTFE material that complies with with FDA regulation 21CFR Part 177.1550, USP <88> Class VI, and 3-A. Carbon black-filled PTFE for static dissipation is available.
- Coreflex C Series—300 series SS braid
- Coreflex N Series—carbon black-filled, insulating wrap, aramid fiber braid

Swagelok U Series PFA Hose, Smooth Bore
Swagelok PFA hose is highly flexible, with a smooth-bore PFA core that complies with FDA regulation 21CFR Part 177.1550, USP <87, 88> Class VI, and 3-A. An optional carbon black-filled PFA core is available for applications that require static dissipation. Swagelok Coreflex U series hose is commonly used where high flexibility, chemical compatibility, and a smooth exterior cover are desired.

Swagelok Nylon and Polyethylene Hoses
Swagelok offers a variety nylon- and polyethylene-core hoses for use in applications ranging from hydraulics to food, dairy, and water. Bulk hose and end connections for field assembly are available, as well as custom factory hose assemblies. Swagelok nylon and polyethylene hoses include:
- 7R and 8R series—nylon core
- 7N and 8N series—nonconductive nylon core
- 7P series—polyethylene core

Swagelok NG Series Nylon Hose for CNG
With a static-dissipative smooth-bore nylon core, the NG series is designed for use with natural gas where static dissipation is required. Working pressures up to 5000 psig (344 bar) and temperatures from –40 to 150°F (–40 to 65°C) are available in single, twin, and vent hose configurations.

Swagelok Rubber Hose
Swagelok offers ozone-resistant, general-purpose rubbers hose with push-on end connections, with working pressures up to 350 psig (24.1 bar) and temperatures from –40 to 200°F (–40 to 93°C). Bulk hose and end connections for field assembly are available, as well as custom factory assemblies.
