Hose, and Couplings
Convoluted flexible metal tubing and hose can compensate for misalignment and system reroutes between static connections in vacuum or low-pressure static applications, as well as provide isolation from vibration.
CT Convoluted Vacuum Flexible Tubing
Swagelok CT convoluted vacuum flexible tubing can be compressed by at least 15 % and extended up to 50 % of manufactured length. Standard and custom tubing lengths, custom tubing assemblies, and adapters for field assembly are available.

Testing
Every Swagelok CT series tubing assembly with factory-welded end connections is inboard helium leak tested to maximum leak rate of 1.8 × 10–7 std cm3/s.
Cleaning and Packaging
Swagelok CT series tubing assemblies and adapters are cleaned in accordance with Swagelok Standard Cleaning and Packaging (SC-10). Each item is individually packaged for cleanliness and protection.

- Vacuum couplings are available with KF, ISO, and CF flanges in lengths from 3.20 to 7 in. (81.3 to 178 mm).
- CF-flanged tubing and couplings have one rotatable and one nonrotatable end for ease of alignment.
