Pipe Fittings and Gaugeable Mechanically Attached Pipe Fittings
Swagelok® stainless steel, brass, carbon steel pipe fittings are available in 1/16 to 1 in.sizes for a variety of applications. Swagelok also offers gaugeable alloy 400/R-405 mechanically attached pipe fittings that are ASTM F1387-qualified for shipboard use.

Pipe Fittings
With burr-free internal surfaces and smooth thread flanks, Swagelok pipe fittings are precision manufactured to provide optimum sealing, minimize galling, and provide consistently tight-fitting installations.

• Carbon steel fittings are treated with an electrodeposited zinc plating.
• Male threads are capped for protection.

Cleaning
Pipe fitting components are cleaned to remove oil, grease, and loose particles. For more information, see Swagelok Standard Cleaning and Packaging (SC-10 ).

Gaugeable Alloy 400/R-405 Mechanically Attached Pipe Fittings
Swagelok Company has qualified for shipboard use the Swagelok alloy 400/R-405 fitting product line in sizes from 1/8 to 1/2 in. pipe and 1/4 to 1 in. tubing based on ASTM F1387.
