Biopharm Fittings, BPE and TS Series
Swagelok® BPE series fittings are offered in up to 6 in. sizes in a variety of configurations and can be ordered with inspection by an independent, third-party service to verify compliance with ASME-BPE requirements. Swagelok TS series biopharm fittings feature controlled gasket compression to prevent gasket extrusion and fluid holdup.

Features  Meet ASME-BPE and 3-A sanitary standards - Boreline seal and metal-to-metal stop virtually eliminate fluid holdup and improve drainability and cleanability.
- Seals remain leak-tight throughout pressure-temperature ratings range.
- Clamp and ferrule assemble easily as ferrule captures self-aligning gasket.
- TS series adapter gasket allows an existing ISO 2852 ferrule to mate with a TS series ferrule.
Cleaning
Ferrules are cleaned to ensure components are free of burrs, chips, loose particles, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Electropolished ferrules are passivated.
