Swagelok offers several metering valves for low- and high-pressure service in 316 stainless steel and brass materials with flow coefficients from 0.004 to 0.16 for low-, medium-, and high-flow applications.

Metering valves:

  • Deliver accurate flow rate control in analytical, instrumentation, and research applications
  • Are suitable for low- and high-pressure situations
  • Provide fine adjustments for precision applications

Low-Pressure Metering Valves (S, M, and L Series)


Working Pressures Up to 2000 psig (137 bar)
Temperature –10 to 400°F (–23 to 204°C)
Body Material 316 stainless steel, brass
Stem O-Ring Material Flurocarbon FKM (with 316 SS body), Buna N (with brass body) standard, additional materials available
Flow Coefficient 0.004 to 0.16
End Connections
   Type Swagelok tube fitting, NPT, integral male VCR® face seal fitting
   Size 1/16, 1/8 and 1/4 in.; 3 and 6 mm
