Current or graduating college students are welcome to contribute at Swagelok. Most opportunities are available at our Solon, Ohio, headquarters, just outside of Cleveland.

Co-ops
Engineering students can spend one or more semesters working full-time at Swagelok. Many co-op students have become Swagelok associates after graduation.
Internships
Students can work at Swagelok between or during semesters. Internships often are available in engineering, finance, operations management, human resources, customer service, information services, marketing, communications, and other fields.
Career Development Program
New graduates in engineering or operations management develop technical and leadership skills on-the-job in this challenging, multi-year program. Participants rotate through various areas, such as:
- Product engineering
- Manufacturing engineering
- Project engineering
- Production planning
- Supply chain planning
- Customer service
Those successfully completing the program are promoted to a developmental leadership position.
Growing Young Professionals
Swagelok's Emerging Professionals group helps young professionals thrive at and outside of work. Regular educational, social and philanthropic activities help young workers develop professionally and build relationships with others transitioning from college to career.
