The Swagelok Career Development Program is a challenging program that offers engineering candidates a strong combination of technical and leadership experiences. Participants rotate through various areas including:
- product engineering
- product supervision
- manufacturing engineering
- project engineering
- quality engineering
- procurement, and
- product planning.
The position includes assignments in three to four key areas and is supplemented with mentoring and developmental support from management associates.
Supportive feedback regarding performance and progress is provided throughout all assignments. Excellence demonstrated during the program results in a developmental leadership role upon completion.

- Work Experience through co-ops or internships
- Strong communication and analytical skills
