Wil Christensen
Vice President, Continuous Improvement & Quality
In his role as vice president, continuous improvement & quality, Mr. Wil Christensen is responsible for establishing consistent metrics across the organization, continuing development of the Swagelok quality methodology, aligning best practices with the company’s goal of zero customer disappointments, and developing improvement programs to address customer needs.
Prior to joining Swagelok, Wil was vice president, global quality and continuous improvement, at Moen Incorporated in North Olmsted. During his tenure at Moen, he was responsible for directing strategic business planning and continuous improvement activities for domestic and China manufacturing facilities. He helped establish lean principles throughout Moen’s operations and streamlined product development processes while assuring code compliance. Wil also led six-sigma projects and standardization of testing requirements.
Wil earned a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Michigan State University.
