Swagelok Company Acquires Coreflex LLC
SOLON, Ohio (April 16, 2008) - Swagelok Company today announced that it has completed its acquisition of the assets of Coreflex LLC. Located in Bowie, Maryland, Coreflex is a manufacturer of high-quality hose products used mostly in semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, and other demanding applications. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The Coreflex product line broadens the Swagelok Company’s portfolio of high-quality hose products. “We are excited about this acquisition,” says Arthur F.
