Swagelok Company Names Director, Human Resources Operations
SOLON, Ohio (April 2, 2008) - Trina Rauscher has joined Swagelok Company as director, human resources operations. In this role, she is responsible for leading the HR and staffing activities across the organization.
Rauscher brings more than twenty years of experience in human resources and management to this role; most recently, she was vice president, human resources at Oglebay Norton Company. Previously, Rauscher held management positions at LESCO and Steris Corporation where she was responsible for human resources, compensation, and benefits programs.
Rauscher earned a bachelor of arts degree in management from Malone College and holds an M.B.A. from Baldwin-Wallace College. She serves on the board of directors of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Northeast Ohio Affiliate, and is a board member of Voices for Ohio’s Children: Options for Families and Youth.
