Satisfaction Policy
It is our policy to ensure that complaints regarding our products and services are handled in a consistent, systematic, and professional manner. It is our goal to ensure that customers are satisfied with the timeliness of our response and any subsequent follow up, which may include preventative measures which we may implement in order to avoid future complaints.
We will manage complaints per our Customer Complaint Procedure PPR-QS7-CC.
