We stock a range of high-quality hose and tubing products locally, and can custom-fabricate hoses at our Fremont center or at your site in one of our mobile service trucks.

Plastic Tube Flaring
Using the advanced Swagelok FTF 1000 Plastic Tube Flaring System, certified Swagelok Northern California personnel can produce repeatable, high-precision plastic tubing flared ends to meet your system requirements. We can flare ultra-high purity PFA tubing in fractional sizes including 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, and 1 inch, in a range of wall thicknesses. This unique process eliminates concerns about shrinkage or loss of shape allowing these fabrications to be ordered in small quantities or in volume and stored for later use.
