Bends Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel Tubing
- Only One Bend Shoe for 1, 1 1/4, 1 ½, and 2 inch sizes
- Electronically Controlled with Digital Display Pendant, which controls all functions and shows degree and progress of bend. Also used to store a bend in memory.

- Provides Swagelok tube fitting connections that are 100 % gaugeable upon initial installation

Multihead Hydraulic Swaging Unit (MHSU)
- Newest generation of the Hydraulic Swaging Unit that lets users pre-swage fractional or metric Swagelok tube fittings easily and quickly.
- One unit with interchangeable tooling offers multi-size pre-swaging.
- The MHSU can be rented with a wide choice of tooling packages or single-size tooling kits. The tooling packages cover sizes ½ in. to 1 in. and 12 mm to 25 mm OD tubing, and 1 in. to 2 in. and 25 mm to 50 mm OD tubing.
- The unit includes a rugged carrying case, hydraulic hose, retaining ring pliers, safety glasses, and user’s manual.
- All tooling kits, including those for the 1 in. (25 mm) and over sizes, include gap inspection gauges.
- A tube-marking feature shows when tubing is properly bottomed. This feature is standard with the 1 in. (25 mm) and over tooling kits and optional for the up to 1 in. (25 mm) tooling kits.
Air-Actuated Hydraulic Swaging Unit (AHSU)
- The Swagelok Air-Actuated Hydraulic Swaging Unit (AHSU) is the industry’s first air-actuated device for swaging multiple fractional and metric Swagelok tube fittings.
- It is particularly well suited for high volume users of small fittings. Its speed and accuracy reduce the production time users need to devote to fitting assembly while ensuring proper fitting make-up. Here are its key features:
- One unit with interchangeable tooling offers multi-size pre-swaging.
- The AHSU requires only standard shop air, 20 to 120 psig (1.3 to 8.2 bar), to pre-swage fittings in sizes ¼ in., 3/8 in., and ½ in. OD and 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm OD.
- Two AHSU tooling packages, one for the fractional sizes, the other for the metric sizes, include gap inspection gauges.
- The unit includes a rugged carrying case, screwdriver, retaining ring pliers, adapter plates (for sizes less than ½ in. and 12 mm OD), safety glasses, and user’s manual.
Coning Tool
- For use in high pressure systems utilizing coned tubing for system pressures as high as 60,000 psig
- Cuts a smooth, concentric cone on the tube end for reliable sealing in the fitting body
