Hoses
Swagelok has many hose offerings for a variety of services. Whether your application be steam blow down, high-purity, harsh chemical or high temperature, Swagelok has the hose product to meet your needs. Swagelok hoses are available in metal, PTFE, PFA, nylon polyethylene and rubber. To enhance ease of installation, Swagelok hoses can be ordered in a wide range of sizes, from 1/8 inch to 2 inch, with a broad spectrum of end connections.
Regulators
Swagelok offers a wide range of high quality, precision-made, pressure regulators for both pressure reducing and back pressure applications. The Swagelok regulator line includes: spring diaphragm, piston sensing, spring loaded, dome loaded, pneumatically loaded, and electronically controlled devices. Each Swagelok regulator is designed with an application specific focus.
Tubing
Allow us to be your source for tubing. We can provide stainless steel (304 or 316L) in OD sizes from 1/16 inch to 4 inch (3mm to 25mm). You can order tubing chemically cleaned and passivated to ASTM G93 or Thermocouple cleaned to ASTM A632-S3. Additionally, we can source tubing in special alloys to include Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, and Titanium. To add value and convenience we can cut standard tubing for ease of shipping and handling. If you have a need for pre-bent tubing we have professionals on staff that can bend tubing to your specifications.
