James L. Francis
Vice President, Human Resources
Mr. Jim Francis joined Swagelok in 2000 as vice president, human resources. In this role, he is responsible for organizational development, compensation and benefits, and training. Previously, Jim was vice president of human resources for performance materials with The BF Goodrich Company, where he spent much of his career.
Active in community affairs, Jim is a Business Volunteerism Council Board Member, a member of the Cleveland Foodbank Board of Trustees, and a life member of the Akron Golf Charities Board of Trustees, Executive Committee. His professional memberships include the Human Resource Planning Society, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Management Association Global Human Resources Council.
Jim earned a bachelor of science from Otterbein College and a master of arts from Cleveland State University. |
