Customer Service
All of our highly trained technical representatives are able to assist you in selecting the most suitable items for your applications. We can also assist in P&ID design for various projects.
We use Service Level Reports and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports to track delivery times, accuracy and other factors important to our customers. These are completed and discussed in review meetings at
agreed times throughout the year.
Our sales people can set up and manage consignment stock at your site. This can assist in reducing the overall cost of stock to the customer, resulting in nil credit transactions and a reduction in the number of
of invoices. If customers wish to retain ownership of products, we can offer Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) to help maximise your return on investment in Swagelok products.
Technical Support
We offer an extensive range of high end product testing, including pressure, temperature, packing and leakage rate testing. We can also arrange for testing based on customer specified standards or customer supplied tubing for use with our fittings. Certification and third party inspection of our products is available upon request.
Training and Certification of Fitters and Contractors
If required, we are able to provide you with a variety of “hands-on” training courses using Swagelok tubing and tube fittings. Training can be delivered onsite or in our training rooms. The courses available include Tube Fitting Safety, Tube Bending, Thread Identification, Valve Selection and Orbital Welding.
Your employees will learn many techniques to correctly, safely and economically install tube fittings on your site. This ensures the integrity of your systems.
