David E. O'Connor Vice President, Customer Service
In his role as vice president, customer service, Mr. Dave E. O'Connor is responsible for customer service, outbound supply chain, and expansion of the company's ebusiness capabilities. Dave joined Swagelok as a system development manager in 1999 and was promoted to director, information systems in 2002. From March 2003 until February 2006, Dave served as the company's vice president, information services.
His previous experience includes MIS consulting with the Cleveland office of Ernst & Young. Dave is a graduate of the University of Dayton, where he earned a bachelor of science in management information systems. |
